Terms & Conditions — 20bdbajee Platform Rules

To register and maintain an account on 20bdbajee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Gambling on 20bdbajee is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 and above. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and artificial agents may not register accounts on 20bdbajee.
• You must not hold an existing active or suspended account on 20bdbajee. Each player is permitted to hold only one account at a time.

• Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your 20bdbajee balance, depending on your bank's processing times.
• 20bdbajee does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds may only be used for placing bets on 20bdbajee. Deposits may not be transferred to other users or used for any purpose other than gambling on the platform.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to fully KYC-verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not be able to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of approval for fully verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days to appear in your bank account following approval.

All bets placed on 20bdbajee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game, or event. In the event of any conflict between a specific betting rule and these general Terms, the specific betting rule shall prevail for the purposes of that bet or game only.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmed placement are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has been completed (as defined in the sport-specific rules), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. • Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time odds feed. 20bdbajee reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are displayed within the relevant sportsbook section. 20bdbajee reserves the right to apply reduced maximum payouts to any bet it deems to carry exceptional risk, including bets placed on events where unusual market movements have been detected.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games on 20bdbajee use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The RNG systems used by our game providers are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards.
• Malfunction of any game — whether caused by software error, network interruption, or hardware failure — voids all pays and plays. If a game malfunction results in a disputed outcome, 20bdbajee's decision regarding the resolution of the dispute shall be final.

20bdbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against 20bdbajee without prior communication or legitimate grounds.

• Evidence that the player is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 20bdbajee will notify the player via their registered email address and will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate its outcome within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that the account was suspended in error, the account will be restored and any legitimate funds returned in full.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the 20bdbajee support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any legitimate balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their preferred verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirement obligations.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. 20bdbajee may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as set out in the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence. The balance of a dormant account will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

20bdbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, changes in the platform's products and services, operational requirements, or best-practice industry standards.

Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects the rights or obligations of registered players — 20bdbajee will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' prior notice of the change via the player's registered email address or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform. Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect new payment methods, may take effect immediately without prior notice.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are amended. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of the current version. Continued use of 20bdbajee following the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using 20bdbajee immediately and request the closure of your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Your account balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding obligations under the previous version of these Terms.
